PCNS primary
business focus is fixing PC and Windows software
problems, and troubleshooting Local Area Network and connectivity to
your ISP. We do not work on Macs (yet), we don't build web
sites,
nor do we engage in web or email hosting. This keeps us
focused on
the technology of fixing Computers and keeping up to date with
technology
trends. PCNS sells replacement parts, but we are not System
Builders. When you call PCNS you're speaking with the
owner. No offshore call centers or overseas labor. PCNS carries common
high failure item replacement parts such as hard drives, power supplies, video
cards, Wireless Routers, CPU Coolers, fans, ethernet and USB cables, and power strips. PCNS does
not upcharge the price of replacement parts. Typical pricing will be the same as what
you would pay at any of the Dallas area Computer Superstores, such as Frys, Microcenter, or CompUSA. PCNS now
has the latest upgraded UltraX PCI Professional
Diagnostics card, capable of diagnosing dead and unbootable desktop systems in minutes.
This means no wasted time swapping out parts on the customer's dime!
PCNS uses and highly recommends Bart's PE Boot Disk
as a diagnostic aid in removing stubborn malware and diagnosing unbootable Windows PC's.
how does pcns work?
The quickest way to reach PCNS
is through the phone,
469-254-4060. We will travel to your business or
home. Customers sign a work order, prior to any
service being performed. This is similar to signing a work
order when you take your car to your mechanic, authorizing work to be
performed. This will include an estimate on the time needed
to correct the problem. Unless prior arrangements have been
made, payment is expected when services have been rendered.
If PCNS cannot resolve the issue then I will waive some or all of the
service fee. Before calling please read Scheduling Service
and the PCNS Service Guarantee. Although we can remotely diagnose your system,
PCNS believes on-site visits are best, because not all problems can be effectively
diagnosed through remote control, screen or keyboard sessions. This can give the
technician an imcomplete picture. Many times environmental factors can
affect how a PC runs.
