RWT Consultants is a web site design and computer technology consulting company operated by Israel Isassi. RWT Consultants provides a variety of services including:

Web site design, development and consulting
Network systems design, support and consulting
Desktop systems support and consulting
Software systems consulting, training, and support

The initials "RWT" stand for Real World Technology, meaning that Israel leverages over 20 years of experience to provide technology solutions for the real world. Instead of solutions for the "geek", the services provided by RWT Consultants are designed to meet the needs and goals of the customer.

Israel Isassi has been involved in the computer and electronics industry for over 20 years as a manager, consultant, web site and applications programmer, and technician. Israel is professional member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP).

Israel's interest in computer and electronics technology began in 1982 during high school receiving education in consumer analog and digital electronics, and desktop computer systems. Following high school, Israel served in the United States Army working with a variety of legacy and state-of-the-art computer systems, which involved working in very high security environments including the Pentagon. After leaving the military, Israel attended ITT Electronics Institute, which led to working with industrial control electronics, and corporate security and surveillance systems.

As a manager, Israel has served as the IT representative on merger and acquisition teams and technology committees. Israel has also managed network engineers, desktop and server support teams, help desk staff, and software developers. The teams managed by Israel have provided services to thousands of customers and hundreds of servers in domestic and international locations. Israel has also worked as a network and server systems engineer, and desktop administrator. Israel has extensive hands-on experience with various network hardware and software, server operating systems, desktop applications and operating systems, and e-mail software.

Israel's experience inculdes low-level programming to develop utility software used in conjunction with industrial controls, security systems, and language translation software. Israel has been developing solutions utilizing Internet technology for over 10 years, which has included programming, systems design and analysis, and working closely with major software vendors exploring upcoming technologies.
